I’ve walked its streets without a map, tasted the food in places where tourists don’t go, stayed at the hotel I’ll eventually recommend, and found that hidden spot I know will leave you speechless. That’s what I do before creating any group trip at City Travel Global.

My process starts long before we publish any itinerary. I visit the destination as a traveler, but with the mindset of someone planning for a group. I ask myself: can this restaurant accommodate 20 people without losing quality? Is this viewpoint worth visiting in the morning, or only for early risers? Does the hotel have the logistics to handle groups without turning into chaos?

Every detail, no matter how small, is analyzed. The actual travel time between locations. Whether there are options for special diets. If the local guide truly knows the history or just repeats memorized facts. That’s what separates a well-planned trip from one that only looks good on paper.

 Once I have that analysis, I sit down with my team and design each trip with one goal in mind: that when you arrive, you don’t have to worry about anything at all. Timings, reservations, unexpected situations, alternative routes… everything has already been thought through. You just arrive, let yourself go, and experience it.
