Travel Itinerary
Day 1 - Nairobi
Arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and transfer to the hotel. Nairobi is the capital and largest city of the country. In addition to its urban center, it features Nairobi National Park and serves as a starting point for safari tours in various parks across the country. Free time for the rest of the day. Overnight stay.
Day 2 - Nairobi - Mount Aberdare
Day 3 - Mount Aberdare – Lake Nakuru
Breakfast and, after picking up the rest of the luggage, departure to Lake Nakuru, known for its countless flocks of flamingos, especially in spring. It is one of the alkaline lakes in the Rift Valley and a true bird sanctuary. Its shores have been inhabited by up to a million flamingos migrating here to feed on the algae from its warm waters. Arrival at the lodge and lunch. In the afternoon, we will conduct a photo safari, where you can see a large number of mammal species that inhabit the park such as endangered black and white rhinoceros, lions, leopards, zebras, etc. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 4 - Lake Nakuru - Masai Mara
Breakfast. Departure to Masai Mara National Reserve, via Narok. Arrival and lunch at the lodge. In the afternoon, safari in the area. Masai Mara is the most important park in Africa with 1,710 km² of open savannah, forests, and riverine vegetation, inhabited by lions, elephants, buffaloes, leopards, some rhinoceros, giraffes, cheetahs, gazelles, and zebras; it is also home to different Masai tribes seen around the edges of the park, crossing the plains or herding goats. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 5 - Masai Mara
Breakfast. Depart for a safari at sunrise. Possibility of a balloon safari (optional with supplement). Masai Mara is home to the legendary big five: lion, elephant, and buffalo, plus the elusive and solitary leopard and the decimated rhinoceros. But it is also the land of one of the most powerful tribes in Africa, the proud and admired Masai. Lunch at the lodge. In the afternoon, safari until sunset. Mara is the annual stage of the “great migration.” Nowhere in the world is there a movement of animals as large as the wildebeest migration; more than two million animals migrate from the Serengeti National Park to the greener pastures of Masai Mara between July and October. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 6 - Masai Mara - Nairobi
Breakfast. Road trip back to Nairobi where we will enjoy a hearty lunch at the Carnivore restaurant, offering a variety of meats served rodizio style. After lunch, transfer to the hotel. Free afternoon. Overnight stay.
Day 7 - Nairobi
Breakfast. Free time until transfer to the airport for your flight to your next destination. End of our services.
